Yan Can Cook Udon Noodles on February 20

We had udon noodles with tofu “Yan Can Cook Style”, tusacan cabbage, mushrooms, carrot, sliced ginger and onion.  We drank a bottle of Winter’s Hill 2006 Rose’.
