Too Many Peanuts on February 27

Tofu night: I made kung pao tofu with steamed, mixed wild rices.  The recipe called for way too many peanuts, but otherwise was pretty good.  The salad was arugula, dandelion greens, apple, radish, toasted walnuts, blue cheese, green olives, with a balsamic vinaigrette.

We drank a 2006 Winter’s Hill Pinot Blanc
