Homemade Pumpkin Tortelli with Lemon Cream Sauce on November 20
We had some of the pumpkin tortelli we made 2 weeks ago with lemon cream sauce. When I was in Austin, my friend & I ate in a real nice restaurant called the Eastside Cafe. We met one of my co-workers (who lives in Austin) there for dinner. They had a butternut squash ravioli dish that was served with a lemon cream sauce and was delicious! I decided to try it at home with my pumpkin tortelli and my lemon cream sauce recipe. I shaved some white and black Oregon truffle over the top to complete the dish.
Bruce made a nice salad of arugula, dandelion, black olives, radishes, green onion, pine nuts, and shaved Parmesan cheese. The dressing was a white balsamic and champagne vinaigrette. We enjoyed a nice bottle of Tavel 2007 rose’.

This dish sounds fabulous! I don’t live too far from the East Side Cafe, but I’ve never actually taken the time to eat there. I’ll definitely be stopping by to try this dish!
I would love to write about the recipe you created on our blog! If you are interested send me an email!
Thanks,
