Last of the Season Grilled Albacore Tuna on November 4
We enjoyed our last loin of albacore for the year by marinating it in wasabi and tamari, rolling it in sesame seed and grilling it on the Ducane. The tuna was served with more wasabi, tamari, and Braggs liquid amino’s. The side dishes were soba noodles and Bruce’s steamed broccoli and cauliflower medley. He experimented with a sauce of dashi, shrimp paste, lemons, mushroom stock, togarashi pepper, wasabi, sesame chile oil, garlic, ginger, chile paste, butter, and fish sauce……it was very flavorful for sure…

The wine was Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc 2008.
