Real Bolognese on January 18

I went to Italy last year and attended a cooking class where I learned to make authentic Bolognese sauce.  This sauce is as close to a staple in our house as it gets; we love it.

I made spaghetti with home-made Bolognese sauce.

Bruce made a salad with arugula, dandelion, grapefruit, Spanish almonds, and shaved Parmesan with a Champagne vinaigrette.  We enjoyed a bottle of Cana’s Feast 2004 Bricco red wine.
