Pantry Pork and Bean Stew on February 25

We had a bean and pork stew that I made up with the vegetables we had available.  I call this pantry cooking.  Sometimes the dishes come out great and sometimes they don’t.  This dish came out OK.  In addition to the pork and beans, the stew also had Brussels sprouts, garlic, onion, stale French bread, Parmesan cheese, and it was topped with chopped, fresh parsley, olive oil, and garlic chips.  We enjoyed a Cana’s Feast Two Rivers Bordeaux 2003.
