Grilled Duck Breast with Tomatillo Sauce on August 14

We had grilled duck breast from Grimaud Farms topped with the awesome tomatillo sauce we made over the weekend and served it with roasted corn and green chile polenta.

Bruce made a salad of arugula, blueberries, preserved lemon, smoked almonds, and goat cheese. The dressing was an apple balsamic vinaigrette.

We drank a bottle of Kendal Jackson 2004 Meritage.
